After the remarkable international success of their debut independent feature A DOG’S BREAKFAST (MGM/20th Century Fox), Jane Loughman and David Hewlett formed Monkeys & Parrots to establish their presence within the Canadian film industry (Debug, All About Who You Know, The Swearing Jar). Jane and David are a unique partnership with nose-to-tail experience spanning the creation, development, production, distribution and promotion of both narrative and unscripted, film, television and digital entertainment. Monkeys & Parrots look to collaborate with co-production partners and financiers on smart, striking, character-driven tales; capitalising on the incredible advantages of Canadian industry funding and support, to bring these stories to a global audience.
