About us
North Bear Pictures in a Canadian film production, marketing and distribution studio. Our current project, The multi award winning short documentary Becoming Tom Thomson, is the first Canadian film to achieve Albert certification for sustainable production. It has been released theatrically and will next be screening in IMAX on earth day at Science North in Sudbury.
Our previous work is the American Indian Motion Picture Award nominated short film The Wolf of Waubamik Woods. The film is inspired by the missing and murdered indigenous woman of Canada. It earned a multi year distribution deal with Comcast Xfinity Streampix.
