About us

Adani Pictures is a media production company based in Toronto, headed by Rua Wani. Our mandate is to back storytellers and projects that provoke curiosity and engagement, centered in a belief that everyone’s story deserves to be seen.

Adani’s slate of projects has won financing from Telefilm, Canada Media Fund, Ontario Creates, Bell Fund, and New Dawn. We have been selected to the Canada-France
Co-Production Lab at Series Mania, the International Co-Production Market at EFM, the Canadian Creative Accelerator for Women in Film in New York and LA, Top 25
at Netflix-BANFF Diversity of Voices, and CFC’s Fifth Wave Labs.

Adani is currently in post-production on a feature film starring Alexander Siddig, financed by Telefilm and New Dawn.
