About us
Based in Hamilton, Ontario, Turtlebox produces live-action and animated properties for children. We recently delivered a 10 episode hosted factual tween series, Ainara’s Bookshelf, to TVO and marbleKids, a pilot for a live-action unscripted series to YouTube Originals, and we have an animated series in development with CBC Kids. We’ve also produced four shorts for Sesame and a 2022 Kidscreen Award winning series of shorts for Peacock Jr called Maria Mini-Explorer. Our work includes live-action content for several WGBH/PBS Kids series including The Ruff Ruffman Show, Design Squad Global (for which we were Daytime Emmy nominated) and the Pinkalicious & Peteriffic show. Turtlebox’s tag line is “Making Meaningful Fun” - we produce media for children that is both engaging and inspiring.
