About us
Opus 59 Films is a boutique storytelling enterprise based in Vancouver, Canada. Our focus is adapting, and making films about, extraordinary pieces of music and writing, and bringing those films to audiences that are yearning for something different. We: identify unusual and undervalued properties with intriguing aesthetic and commercial potential; acquire the rights to them; pre-develop them as unique works of film and television; connect with the right funders & market partners for them; and co-produce & distribute them with those funders & market partners. We have an extensive portfolio of current and past projects that all attest to our commitment to artistic integrity, originality and quality.
