Ontario Creates – The IP Fund (Linear Content)

The Intellectual Property Fund (IP Fund) is intended to drive economic growth in Ontario’s screen sectors by investing in activities that support the production and exploitation of innovative, high-quality, consumer-focused content.

he IP Fund consists of two program streams:

• The IP Fund – Linear Content stream supports Production and Development phases for feature film and digital series.
• The IP Fund – Interactive Content stream supports Pre-Production and Production phases for video games and XR content.

The Ontario Creates Futures Forward Program provides funding for early-stage project-related development. This program seeks to support companies that often have barriers to accessing project funding and to support the very beginning of a project’s creative process with the objective of giving a project a better chance to succeed in future stages of funding.
