CMPA delegation to Canada Connect at Screen Forever – 2025

The CMPA has partnered with Screen Producers Australia (SPA) on Canada Connect, a curated co-production program for Canada- and Australia-based producers, held as part of the SPA Connect Market at Screen Forever.

The one-day event takes place in Gold Coast, Australia, on May 5, 2025, and includes exclusive talks, bespoke B2B meetings, and an industry networking dinner.

The CMPA is also partnering with Ontario Creates to organize additional programming in Sydney, prior to Screen Forever.

Ideal candidates: Members seeking global partners and financing in Australia.

Financial assistance:

  • Up to $2,500 CDN to help offset 50 per cent of travel and accommodation expenses
  • A complimentary pass to Screen Forever.
  • The CMPA is working with its Canadian partners nationally and provincially to secure additional travel support. More information will be available in the next fiscal year.
