The transfer of a registration will be allowed until January 27, 2023. Both must be requested in writing to Lisa Moreau.

COVID-19 Health and Safety

The CMPA’s Prime Time conference encourages all attendees to follow recommended COVID safety measures outlined by Ottawa Public Health and Public Health Ontario authorities. To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and protect one another, we encourage delegates to be fully vaccinated and consider wearing a mask. We also request delegates not attend in-person programming if they are experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID-19.


To make this year’s in-person event more accessible, we are  implementing a number of tools and resources to address the accessibility needs of conference attendees.

  1. Live closed captioning through Cart available for sessions in the Confederation Ballroom, Governor General Ballroom and Workshops. Links will available on our online schedule.
  2. Reserved accessible seating at conference sessions
  3. Sensory room available to all participants. Located in the Saskatchewan room on level three of the conference hotel
  4. Juice and sugary drinks available in our Sensory Room and Delegate Lounge
  5. Hotel Accessible features:
    • Accessible on-site parking
    • Property has elevators
    • Service animals are welcome
    • Valet parking for vehicles outfitted for drivers in wheelchairs
    • Van Accessible on-site parking
    • Accessible areas with accessible routes from public entrance

In addition, we will also be recording the in-person sessions and making them available on the Prime Time conference website in the weeks following the conference, so those who are unable to attend can still take in the great programming we have on offer this year.
