Lindsay Valve is a researcher and impact-specialist with over 15 years’ global experience in research and evaluation, social impact assessment, learning, and organizational consulting. Her interdisciplinary practice combines qualitative and quantitative methods to projects across industries in the private and public sectors in Canada and abroad (UK, Asia, South America, Middle East). These projects are broad in range, including large-scale rollouts of major, systematic change in global organizations, deep community research, organizational evaluation frameworks to provide organizations with real-time, actionable insights about their people and profits, and creating evidence-based strategies to demonstrate the social impact of non-profit programs, and inform their continued growth and improvement.
Lindsay is a current PhD Candidate at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto, exploring research as a form of public pedagogy and examining the societal and community impacts of doing research.
