CMPA launches Prime Time 2022

Registration now open for conference that will feature virtual programming and in-person networking across Canada

OTTAWA, November 2, 2021 – Today, the Canadian Media Producers Association opened registration for Prime Time 2022. This year, the media production conference will be a hybrid event, offering an expanded suite of online programming and virtual meetings, as well as pop-up networking events across Canada. The conference will take place from February 3 to 11, 2022, and registration is again free this year.

“Prime Time 2022 is poised to be bigger than ever, as we build on the record-breaking 3,000 delegates from last year and offer more opportunities to learn from and interact with leaders from across the media production industry,” said Andrew Addison, Vice-President, Marketing, Communications and Membership, CMPA. “With the world opening up and production back in full force, this year’s event will be a one-of-a-kind opportunity for members of the industry to reconnect with one another, though unique events taking place both in-person and online.”

Prime Time 2022 will include thought-provoking panels and keynotes, buyer briefings and one-on-one pitching sessions, as well as profile-building opportunities and enhanced networking offerings for industry leaders from across Canada and the world. More details about the in-person events will be unveiled in the coming weeks. Strict COVID-19 protocols and adherence to provincial health and safety guidelines will be enforced.
