LMM PRODUCTIONS brings together award-winning television and film talents, Mary Young Leckie, Megan Follows and Edwina Follows. This innovative and strategic team has a proven track record of hundreds of hours of television and film credits to their names. Mary Young Leckie is a renowned producer of premium scripted content with a strong background in international co-production. Career highlights include the internationally acclaimed feature film Maudie (starring Sally Hawkins & Ethan Hawke) and the sexy CBC series, The Secret Lives of Hockey Wives. Megan Follows has a stunning and varied career as both an actor and director. Recently she won the 2020 DGC award for Outstanding Directorial Achievement for CBC’s Heartland. With the completion of her first indie feature, Stealing the Sky, Megan adds producer to her list of accomplishments. Former General Manager of Discovery Networks Canada, Edwina’s expertise as a broadcast executive drove Discovery Canada to a worldwide reputation as a dynamic leader of award-winning, primetime, international hits. Edwina was Executive Producer on the hit Netflix series, Frontier (starring Jason Mamoa). With a slate of shows in active development, LMM Productions is committed to bringing more Canadian stories to the world. Their first series is a limited drama on the life of beloved author Lucy Maud Montgomery.
