Accessing Talent: Inclusion as a Competitive Advantage

Nov 23, 2018

Toronto, ON

An inclusive workforce ensures the greatest possible talent pool, and diversity among creators leads to innovation, widens audiences and builds a stronger industry.  Buyers are progressively placing an emphasis on diverse content, so like any other element of being a successful producer, it’s a competitive advantage to know best practices. At this afternoon workshop, learn how you can build an inclusive culture that allows your company, your projects and employees to benefit.  You’ll learn how to develop diversity and inclusion strategies for your business, including accessing and retaining talent and creating conditions for success.

We are happy to welcome Ritu Bhasin, President of bhasin consulting (bci) to lead this training. Ritu is recognized globally for her inclusion and leadership experience. Prior to founding bci, Ritu spent ten years in the legal profession practising civil ligation and then spent seven years on the senior management team of a preeminent Canadian law firm as director of legal talent.

This event is free for CMPA members. A networking reception will follow the training session.

A similar event will be organized for our Vancouver members.
