613-688-0952

Sarolta manages the CMPA’s mentorship programs, leads the organization’s international initiatives and lands support in corporate affairs.

Working closely with members and up-and-coming producers, Sarolta is responsible for researching funding opportunities and developing mentorship programs that assist both independent production companies and emerging talent. She also leads the organization’s international development and outreach, ensuring that members have access to information and resources to strengthen their international business development strategies. Having worked with the CMPA since the early 2000s, she has worn many hats, from designer to webmaster and beyond.

Sarolta graduated from the University of Ottawa with a degree in communications.

She has a few Canadian favourites, but if pressed to pick, her top three would be Hatching, Matching and Dispatching because it’s so well written and hilarious and has a great cast; Durham County because it’s delightfully dark and beautifully crafted; and The Kids in the Hall because, well, it’s The Kids in the Hall.
