Rob is responsible for the financial stewardship of the CMPA.
Rob oversees the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including the design and implementation of appropriate internal controls, budgeting, forecasting and reporting to key stakeholders.
Prior to joining the CMPA, Rob was chief financial officer at Shepherds of Good Hope. Before this, he was chief financial officer for Seprotech Systems Inc.; he also spent 16 years with Asea Brown Boveri Inc. (ABB) in Ottawa and Vancouver in progressively responsible positions.
Rob is a graduate of Algonquin College’s three-year business administration program, and he attained his CPA-CGA designation in 1987.
Rob’s favourite Canadian TV show is Dragons’ Den, as it gives budding entrepreneurs an opportunity to introduce new products or services to the market. When it’s time to kick back, Schitt’s Creek also provides great entertainment.
