Prime Time Throwdown: Best Innovation in Audience Building

The CMPA welcomes Canadian producers to compete for $10,000 in in-kind services supplied by Innovate By Day toward the marketing of their feature film, documentary or series project (digital or linear). You can apply to be one of three finalists who will face-off, Dragon’s Den style, in front of a panel of three experts and a Prime Time audience that includes international industry press, media leaders, and digital advertising agencies. Only one winner will take the prize, but each finalist will receive a complimentary registration to Prime Time.

The application and selection process will be focused on the primary criteria of innovative and immersive cross-platform strategies for audience engagement, audience building and marketing.  At Prime Time, each of the finalists will have up to 10 minutes to pitch their unique strategy. Each will receive feedback from our panel of experts, and one will be awarded the final prize.
