A workshop led by advisor Anne Marie Maduri (Maduri + Associates) designed for professionals in film, television and interactive media who are seeking business and management training. This session will demonstrate for participants a strategic approach in building a sustainable business model, which allows for growth and private investment. The approach, applicable to the participants’ sectors, will include assessing the emerging growth opportunities.
The workshop will be held over four Wednesdays in March and April (March 12, 19 and 26 and April 2) for up to 15 CMPA member companies. Session will be held from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm at the CMPA's Toronto office. Following the workshop, participants will have a bank of “mentoring” time with the facilitator to work on applying information to their specific business needs.
This workshop is designed for experienced media professionals who are owners/managers of a film, television or interactive media company. Due to limited space, only one representative per company is eligible to participate in the workshop. The workshop is open to CMPA members only.
